Terms & Conditions

When booking a class at Yoga Rebels, 72 Fleetwood Crescent, Frankston South 3199 you agree to the terms and conditions as advised on the Yoga Rebels website www.yogarebels.com.au

  • Every effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. In the rare event that Yoga Rebels cancels a class a full refund of the amount paid will be offered or a credit added to your class pass.

  • Teachers are subject to change without notice.

  • Bookings are made via the website www.yogarebels.com.au

  • To book into a class you must either use your valid class pass or pay at the time of booking.

  • You agree that you are in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.

  • Classes at Yoga Rebels may be physically energetic and you voluntarily participate in them.

  • You will follow all instructions given to you by Yoga Rebels teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

  • Yoga Rebels is not liable for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending the studio.

  • You hereby agree to release Yoga Rebels from all claims relating to participation in any class or from otherwise entering the premises at 72 Fleetwood Crescent, Frankston South, 3199 Victoria.

  • By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Class Packages / Gift Cards

  • Can be used for yoga classes at Yoga Rebels (excluding workshops and special events).

  • Are valid for 12 months from date of purchase (unless otherwise specified on any special limited time packages)

  • Classes can be booked via our website www.yogarebels.com.au.

  • The certificate code must be entered on the payment page when making the class booking.

  • Are not redeemable for cash.

  • Are not transferrable and cannot be shared.

  • Yoga Rebels does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All purchases are final.

  • No change will be given for any unused portions of the Package/Card

  • Yoga Rebels is not responsible if purchaser or recipient cannot use Yoga Rebels services or facilities because of an event caused by a natural force beyond our reasonable control.

  • Yoga Rebels reserve the right to amend the current class schedule from time to time.

  • Any non-cancellations, no-shows, or absences will result in forfeiting that class. If you do not attend a booked class or cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, you will be charged for the class.

  • Exclude attendance at workshops or special events.

  • Retreats and events are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge.

  • In the event you do not cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class start time the full cost of the class will be charged.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, SMS, email or social media.

  • In the rare event that Yoga Rebels cancels a class, a full refund will be provided if you have paid the casual rate or your class pass will be credited if you have used a class pass.

  • You may choose to reschedule your class prior to the 24 hour requirement as an alternative to cancelling.

  • Retreats and events cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

COVID-19 Restrictions

By purchasing any of the services offered by Yoga Rebels you agree to observe any COVID-19 restrictions or recommendations imposed by the Victorian Government and/or Australian Government.
